"We needed a strategy to understand how our sales agents were performing compared to their KPI's that were set on a daily basis. We also wanted to understand how the incoming calls were being dealt with and whether we were missing business through lack of resource or how we could better use our staff.

“As we were moving premises in the middle of a pandemic it was made so easy by the support from Eden Digital Systems. We moved out of a serviced office and into our own building as we were expanding. We needed a managed phone system that we could rely on to work both in the office and at home.
